NARD0Using the service
These terms govern your use of nardzero.com, nard0.com, and nard0 integrations provided by NardZero Inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization. You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or have the permission and supervision required by applicable law and the services you use.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use only accounts and projects you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account, subject to applicable law. Tell support@nard0.com about suspected unauthorized access. Access through ChatGPT, Claude, or another host also depends on that host’s availability, account requirements, and terms.
Your designs and generated output
As between you and NardZero Inc., you retain your rights in content you submit. To the extent permitted by law, you own the designs, model source, and other outputs generated for you through nard0. NardZero assigns to you any rights it may have in those outputs.
This does not transfer rights in nard0’s software, pre-existing technology, or third-party content, components, or libraries. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and licenses. You must have the permissions needed for content you upload or ask us to process.
AI outputs may be similar to outputs generated for others. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, patentable, or free of third-party rights. Review licensing and other rights before using or distributing outputs.
Permission to operate the service
You authorize NardZero and its service providers to process, store, reproduce, modify, and transmit your content as needed to provide your requested features, secure and support the service, and perform sharing or integrations you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content. It does not authorize training on your private design content without the separate permission described in our Privacy Policy.
Review before manufacturing
AI-generated designs, measurements, source code, assemblies, print settings, and machine instructions may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for checking dimensions, materials, tolerances, fit, loads, electrical behavior, machine compatibility, and applicable standards before relying on an output or manufacturing a part.
Geometry checks and successful builds do not certify structural safety, manufacturability, regulatory compliance, or fitness for a purpose. nard0 does not replace qualified engineering review. Do not rely on unverified outputs for safety-critical applications. Follow machine and material instructions and use appropriate safety procedures.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not infringe others’ rights, upload content you lack permission to use, attempt to access another user’s data, exploit the execution environment, introduce malicious code, bypass security or usage limits, or interfere with the service. Follow applicable export restrictions and the terms of connected services. We may reject work or restrict access when necessary to address misuse or protect the service.
Plans, fees, and integrations
Paid website features, prices, usage allowances, billing periods, and renewal terms are presented when you subscribe. Recurring subscriptions continue according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled. Manage a subscription through the available billing controls or contact support. Refund and cancellation rights provided by law remain in effect.
The currently offered nard0 CAD and Slice plugin features require a nard0 account but no paid nard0 subscription and do not consume nard0 website AI-generation credits. Host providers may impose their own subscriptions or usage limits. Features can differ between the website and plugins; CNC, FEA, and PCB modes are not included in the current plugin release. We may change future offerings with appropriate notice and without overriding applicable rights or existing commitments.
Availability and ending use
We may maintain, update, or discontinue features and may limit or suspend access for security, misuse, nonpayment, or legal reasons. We will give notice where appropriate and feasible. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Keep copies of designs you need independently of nard0. Storage and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and outputs are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, NardZero is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses caused by reliance on unverified outputs.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Applicable law may limit how these provisions apply to you.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms and will identify the effective date above. We will provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively transfer ownership of your designs or authorize training on private design content without the permission described in our Privacy Policy.
