NardZero Inc. operates nard0 and the nardzero.com website. This policy covers information we process through our websites, design service, and integrations with assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. Contact support@nard0.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we process
- Account information: sign-in identifiers, email address and profile information supplied through our authentication provider, account settings, and subscription status.
- Design content: prompts and project conversations, dimensions, images or drawings you upload, STEP files, model source, assemblies, build history, generated files, and print settings. Available inputs depend on the feature you use.
- Service records: build and operation identifiers, timestamps, usage and billing records, error reports, and technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs.
- Support and payments: messages you send us and payment/subscription information from our payment processor. Payment details are handled by the processor; nard0 does not require you to send card information to support.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, create and store designs, run builds and manufacturing preparation, return files, maintain project history, provide requested integrations and sharing, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, secure the service, investigate abuse and failures, and meet legal obligations. We process content as needed to provide the features you request.
AI processing and training
NardZero does not currently use your private designs, uploads, or project content to train AI models. If we introduce a training program using that content, we will explain the proposed use and obtain your affirmative permission before including it. Storing a design in nard0 does not by itself grant permission for training.
The nard0 website sends relevant prompts and design context to the AI provider used for your request, including OpenAI or Anthropic. Their commercial API policies generally exclude customer content from model training by default, subject to separately authorized sharing and applicable provider terms. Processing can still involve provider retention, operational logs, diagnostic traces, and safety review; no-training policies do not mean zero retention.
When you use nard0 inside ChatGPT or Claude, that host generates the assistant response and receives tool results. The nard0 plugin executes CAD and print operations without making its own model-provider generation calls. Your host account has its own terms, training preferences, and retention controls, which NardZero does not control. Review the host’s settings separately.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to operate nard0, including Google Cloud for hosting/storage, Cloudflare for site delivery and network protection, Auth0 for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and AI providers for website generation. Relevant information is processed by those providers to perform their functions. Our marketing homepage also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the browser requests needed to serve them.
We transmit content to an assistant or other integration when you use that integration, and share projects or files when you direct us to do so. Public project links can be viewed by others. A signed download link provides temporary access to its specified file, so treat it as private while it remains valid.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to applicable protections. NardZero does not sell your private design files.
Storage and deletion
We retain active projects and their design files until you delete them or request deletion, subject to service termination, legal obligations, and the exceptions below. You can delete projects through nard0 or contact support for account and data-deletion requests.
Project deletion removes the project from active use. Limited copies or related records may remain in backups, security and diagnostic logs, billing records, provider systems, or records needed for legal obligations and disputes. Their retention depends on their purpose and the relevant system’s retention process. Contact us for help with a specific deletion request; we do not promise immediate erasure from every system.
Deleting a nard0 project does not delete a conversation in your separate ChatGPT or Claude account, or files that you or others have already downloaded or copied. Manage those copies through the relevant service.
Your choices and rights
You can manage your projects, download supported design files, change available account settings, disconnect an assistant integration, and request account deletion. Depending on your location, applicable law may give you additional rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Contact support@nard0.com to exercise a right or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. You may also contact your local data-protection authority where applicable.
Security and international processing
We use access controls and other technical measures to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the processing.
Children
The service is intended for people able to enter into our Terms of Service, or use it with the required permission and supervision. It is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Any future training use of private design content remains subject to the permission process described above.
