Contact us
Email support@nard0.com. Describe what you were trying to do, the error, when it happened, and whether you used the website, ChatGPT, or Claude. A project/build identifier and a screenshot can help. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment-card details, or signed download URLs. Remove private design details from screenshots unless they are needed for your request.
Connect your assistant
Use the authenticated nard0 MCP endpoint https://nard0.com/mcp when adding a custom connection in a host that supports remote MCP and interactive apps. Sign in with your nard0 account and review the requested access. The CAD and Slice plugin features do not require a paid nard0 subscription. Your host’s connection availability and plan rules still apply.
Official directory listings are not yet published. Until then, use the host’s supported custom-connection workflow. See the current ChatGPT connection instructions and Claude connection instructions. After connecting, ask the assistant to open your nard0 workspace.
What you can do
In CAD mode, create and inspect models and assemblies, measure geometry, explode parts, use section views, import STEP files, browse build history, and download STEP/STL. In Slice mode, choose a printer or custom bed, arrange parts, set supports, inspect toolpaths, and download plate G-code or a ZIP.
The assistant supplies design code; nard0 builds the geometry and print outputs. CNC, FEA, PCB, and a code-editor mode are not included in the current plugin.
Model or app will not load
Model download links expire. The current viewer attempts to renew access after a denied download and offers Reload model if loading still fails. If your card has no reload control or shows “MCP Resource not found,” refresh the nard0 connection’s tool list in the host settings and start a new conversation with nard0 enabled. Reloading only the browser page may keep the older card.
Ask the assistant to reopen your existing project and build with show_workspace; you do not need to regenerate a model to get a fresh viewer. If sign-in has expired, reconnect through the host. Report a persistent error to support.
Print setup and downloads
Open a successful build in Slice, choose the printer, and arrange its parts before slicing. If printer settings or the layout change, arrange or slice again as prompted. Toolpaths and downloads must correspond to the current layout. Review G-code, printer configuration, and material settings before running a machine.
For a download that no longer opens, request a new export link. Keep downloaded files private if the design is confidential.
Account, billing, and privacy requests
Use the website’s project controls to delete a project. For account deletion, access or correction requests, subscription problems, or questions about stored copies, email support from the address associated with your account where possible. We may ask you to verify your identity. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
